This release fixes a bug in libtommath’s mp_prime_next_prime() function which could result under rare circumstances a non-prime integer to be returned. Users of libtomcrypt are not affected by this issue, however some implementations using mp_prime_next_prime() are highly advised to upgrade. This release also includes a fix to mp_shrink() and adds the required files to compile libtommath from Visual Studio 2005/2008 directly. This release was possible thanks to Steffen Jaeckel!
